What a busy weekend! Peg had her school hunt Wednesday since she had Good Friday off. Then, Saturday, we had our Sunday School class hunt at the park. Sunday was church and fun with Peg's Sunday School class and our family. Peggy and Emilyn had a great time playing together all weekend. Enjoy!

Princess Peggy
Well, ever since Disney we have a princess on our hands. Peg had most of her costumes prior to going but it has taken on a life of its own. Most days to school, she wears one of her princess outfits. She recently gave up her paci (more on that later) and got another costume that we did not own yet. The best part of the costume wearing is the pretend play that goes with it. She constantly tells us, "Prince Charming loves me and I'm going to marry him." She also sings "Once Upon A Dream" at the top of her lungs everywhere she goes. Peg's teacher thinks its the cutest thing and encourages it at school. I hope you enjoy the pics of our little princess.

Owen Family Visit
A few weeks ago, we went to Atlanta to get a new car and to see Steven's aunt, uncle and cousins. We had a lovely lunch followed by a very belated Christmas present exchange. It was great to see everyone! The kids had so much fun in the Odom's new playroom. Enjoy the pics!!!
Revelers
My sister was the queen of a Mardi Gras ball this year so Steven and I went to support her. We had a great night. I must add it would have been a lot more fun if I was not pregnant. Enjoy the pics!!1

Valentine's Day
This is as good as it got for photos that day. Peggy was not interested at all in the camera. She just wanted to get to school to see her friends. Enjoy!

Read It To Me
Lately, Peg has really shown a strong interest in books. We still watch her favorite shows but we read more. At night, we used to read a few books and now we spend about an hour on 'story time'. It's so good to see evidence of the reading/writing continuum in action. I always felt we had too many books but now I am overjoyed. We inherited all of Gracie and Mac's books so we have a ton. I have boxes in the garage that I am waiting to place on her shelf once the nursery is finished. Then, I can move some books to Baby Boy's room. Without further adieu, this is what I found Peg and Steven doing after dinner last week. Only a few other things could warm my heart more. Reading is such a fundamental element of life and I am more the excited to see Peg enjoying it.

Peg Is Growing
I took these pics last weekend when Michelle and Gracie stopped in for a minute before their shopping madness began. Peggy is getting so big!! She just looks so grown up in these pics and like a little girl instead of a baby. I am really missing her this morning since she is with the grandparents this weekend. Enjoy the cute pics of my little, no longer a baby, girl.
