Wilson "Owen" Weaver

Well, its been quite a while! Here goes Owen's birthday story: I went in the morning of July 12th to be induced. It was an easy, wonderful experience. In fact, I couldn't believe how much easier it was than Peggy's birthday story! I had very little pain and he made his appearance around lunchtime. It would've been earlier if my staff had the room ready. Owen was born on July 12th at 12:44 pm. He weighed 6 lbs. 12 oz. and was 21 inches long. Enjoy!!!

Peggy's art show was near the end of the school year. We went to her classroom to see all of the special art she made throughout the year. Here are a few pics of Peg with her teacher, Jennifer. She had so much fun at school this year. We are so lucky to have such an awesome school right down the street from our house! Enjoy!

Beach Trip

A Few More From Spring

We also celebrated Gracie's 14th birthday! I can hardly believe she is 14! Peg had fun in her pool and we enjoyed the warmer weather.

It's Spring!

Spring was fun for us this year. Peggy was old enough to really experience the season and we even had a quick trip to the beach with her cousins, Gracie and Mac. These have to be the highlights of our Spring. Enjoy!

Catch Up Time

Wow! I have not written one thing on here in over two months!!! I have just been so busy trying to get everything in order for Baby Boy Weaver that blogging had to take a back seat. That's not the only reason. Peggy was also at home for the last seven weeks with no Mothers Day Out. There just was no downtime for blogging!! I was a little stressed about my lack of blogging at first but then I remember my friend Jennifer's ( a dedicated blogger) post about "Don't let me be your subject". She reminds all of us bloggers that while blogging is fun and sometimes necessary to document our lives, it is not there to intrude or take the joy out of our everyday memory. So for the last two months, I ditched the though process of "What a great blog post this will make" and instead took the "living in the moment approach". Sometimes, I didn't have my camera. Sometimes I did. So, following this post, there will be at least a dozen posts about what we have been up to lately. (If you can call the last two months lately!)

Spring Sing And School Pics

Peg had her Spring program yesterday and it was so funny. Her class and the other 2s class sang their favorite songs from the year. It was so cute and I'm so proud to report there were no meltdowns from anyone! On Monday, Peg had Spring pictures made with her class. I can only imagine what these will look like. Enjoy!

Easter Weekend

What a busy weekend! Peg had her school hunt Wednesday since she had Good Friday off. Then, Saturday, we had our Sunday School class hunt at the park. Sunday was church and fun with Peg's Sunday School class and our family. Peggy and Emilyn had a great time playing together all weekend. Enjoy!
