End Of Summer Beach Getaway





Steven, me, Peggy, Gracie, Mac, and Michelle went to the beach for an end of summer getaway. Gracie and Mac started school the Wednesday after this trip so it was a good bye to summer in more ways than one. We were only there for three nights and honestly, with Peg, that is plenty for the age and stage she is now. Laura Ann, Jon, and Emilyn were there also at the DeWaards' beach house. We didn't get to see them a ton even though we were around the corner, literally. Peggy wasn't feeling super great on this trip since she was just getting over Hand, Foot, and Mouth. This made it difficult to have any planned activities. We did have a great time and enjoyed being together. I wish I had taken more photos but I just didn't feel like lugging it everywhere with me.
